Legal challenges involving family law in Texas often revolve around trying to put out the emotional fires that may long outlast the financial ones.
Cary & Lippincott's lawyers in Austin can help you with prenuptual agreements, Austin divorce, child custody and support, property division, as well as litigation related to all of these issues. We also can assist you through the often fiery negotiations and mediation prior to litigation to advise you and assist in making the agreements as fair as the law and facts allow.
Your roots run deep, but life changing events bring a need to ensure that your intentions remain clear and your plans are designed to achieve the results you want.

About us...
It is not enough to have an Austin law firm that takes instructions and follows instructions blindly. The rapidly changing Texas legal landscape requires lawyers to constantly provide creative options and possibilities, as well as an insight into likely outcomes.
Cary & Lippincott's Austin-based lawyers think outside the box naturally, so we apply that creativity and perspective to your legal issues. But as established attorneys with vast experience across a wide array of disciplines, we also have the intellect to assist in the evaluation of options and creation of consensus to ensure that your judgment utimately is sound.
A: Erik and Marc were both speakers at a National Business Institute (NBI) conference on Collections Law. As persons in Austin of similar age who practiced collection law were few and far between, Erik and Marc maintained a friendship for years before ultimately deciding to partner together.
